Description
As a proof of principle, let's see if we can re-use existing RenderingEngines? between http requests by using the service factory to see if there are any existing rendering engines, creating these on the client side and seeing if they have the right pixels loaded.
This code could look like this (without the print statements!):
https://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/commit/6f03eb19f9a05e3978dacdbaf41f9035f1f729f5
This would also need more handling of dirty rendering engines that may be retrieved, as well as some way for the client to close any rendering engines that have a specific pixelsId (E.g. when image viewer window closes).

Decided not to try and fix this issue in web at the moment. Needs more support in the server.
See PR for discussion: https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/718
Since we only close all REs when the image-viewer window closes, we should probably only keep REs open if requesting them from the image-viewer. This would need an extra query parameter to indicate this.
