Bug: Race condition opening images before thumbnail load

Description

Insight with current develop (FS)

Testing at home over ADSL, which may make reproducing easier due to the increased latency and reduced bandwidth.

Import images from from_skyking/cellsens/brian
In the dataset viewer, double-click on the image *before* the thumbnail gets loaded
The "Loading" progress bar stays around for 10 minutes or more before a

java.lang.Exception: org.openmicroscopy.shoola.env.data.DSAccessException: Cannot access data. 
Cannot find annotations for class pojos.ImageData.
   at org.openmicroscopy.shoola.env.data.OMEROGateway.handleException(OMEROGateway.java:891)

After this, this exception occurs whenever I try to access anything by trying to browse/navigate the project/dataset treeview, open images, etc.

I've not been able to consistently reproduce, but I suspect there's a potential race if you try to open an image prior to the thumbnail being loaded which triggers this long wait and then constant exceptions afterward.
