Define namespaces for WND-CHRM outputs and related files

Description
Due to the limited time for the demo a proper definition or namespaces, and modification of clients, is not possible. As a compromise each trained instance of a classifier will label images using tags which are part of a tagset whose name will be associated with that instance of the classifier (since tagsets already have a specified namespace the name will be used instead). This will allow labelled images to be browsed through the tags view, and also allows multiple classifiers to be used to label the same image if necessary.
