BUG: Loosing focus in viewer

Description
In Windows (Win 7 on VM, Win XP on VM, but also Win Vista windows machine).
Open image in full viewer, double-clicking on its' thumbnail.
Click on Data Manager window (full viewer drops to the background).
Double-click again onto the thumbnail to bring the full viewer back to the front.
The window flashes shortly to the front, then goes to the background again.
The Data Manager is in the front again.
