Description

A series of helper functions and their corresponding unit tests should be added to OmeroM to create Shape objects:

createPoint(x, y)
createPolyline([x], [y])
createPolygon([x], [y])
createRectangle(x. y. w, h)
createEllipse(x, y, rx, ry)
createMask(mask)
setShapeCoordinates(s, z, t, c, transform)
getShapeType(shape)
