OMERO.matlab: review Matlab documentation

Description
The developers/Matlab.txt file under docs/sphinx should be reviewed and modified to reflect the new helper functions added in the parent story
Emphasis should be put on the connection paragraph (with a better exposition of enableKeepAlive() and unsecureClient() )
e.g.
