Major goals of this second phase are:
to create a series of helper functions for the main operations using OMERO.matlab
to improve the automatic testing of the OMERO.matlab functions
to review the OMERO.matlab documentation
Since this story is scheduled for 4.4.x, there should be no breaking changes in this PR, mostly helper function/test addition and documentation reworking.
