Description
If I have an image that's not large enough to start the bird's-eye widget, after I've zoomed in a long way then it is still rather big from a UI perspective: for instance, it would be nice to be able to drag it with the mouse pointer instead of having to use the scroll bars. Perhaps zoomed-in images should be treated like big ones in the UI once they are rather larger than what can be seen at once on the user's screen.
