Consider adding FloatColumn OMERO.tables column type

Description

The FloatArrayColumn? type (#10404) was added in ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/750. Adding FloatColumn? would make the API "tidier", but so far hasn't been requested by anyone.
