Description
Restructure the spec folder after it is moved to bio-formats
ome/components/specification/* move to bf/components/specification/* as noted below Documentation/ (don't move, but don't delete until formats docs in sphinx [#10099] closed) InProgress/ (move with history) Legacy/ (move with history) Released-Schema/ (move with history) Samples/ (move with history) Xslt/ (move with history, could rename to Transforms?) build.xml (move with history) ivy.xml (move with history) publish (move with history, but update for new location) test/ (move with history to under bf/components/ome-xml) test.xml (combine with file under bf/components/ome-xml)
Also rename folders to match the bioformats repo style
