Restructure the Xsd Folder with the move to bioformats git:
ome/components/xsd-fu/* move to bf/components/xsd-fu/* as noted below build/ (move with history) build.xml (move with history) cfg/ (move with history) enum-tool (move with history) ez_setup.py (move with history) ivy.xml (move with history) python/ (move with history) setup.py (move with history) templates/ (move with history) test-all.sh (move with history) xsd-fu (move with history) xsd-fu-generate (move with history) xsd_fu.egg-info/ (move with history) xslt/ (move with history, but likely to be replaced over time)
After this work the changes for ticket #10449 will need to be applied on top of the new structure.
