RFE: poor layout of right pane in web client

Description
On the Mac in Safari 18, despite a good amount of empty real-estate in the right pane in the web client, the buttons for download and whatever are way off to the right. Perhaps the layout could be improved.
More critically, as a shorter term fix that would suffice to shut me up, it would help enormously if an unduly wide right pane could be hinted at with the existence of a horizontal scrollbar. I thought the buttons just weren't there until somebody suggested further widening my browser window. Things that don't fit on the screen should be obviously scrollable to.
