Bug: Cannot move image to different group in Insight (develop branch)

Description
On gretzky today I log in as user-6 and I see a zvi file in private-1 that is owned by user-6. In the user view I am showing the private-1, read-only-1, and read-annotate-1 groups.
In the user view I right-click on the zvi file and select to move it to read-annotate-1.
I click New... to create a new dataset for it to move into.
Now, when I click "Move", I get an error dialogue: "Unable to transfer data / move 1 object".
When I refresh in the tree view, the dataset was created, but the zvi file is still in private-1.
