RFE: display if user is an admin

Description
While looking under the administration tab, I was trying to figure out whether or not user-6 was an admin. I had seen that user-1 was a group owner so could expect him/her to be able to do a bit more, but user-6 was *not* a group-owner. S/he was however a system admin, which it would be useful to know.
