Description (last modified by spli)
Follow on from preliminary work on PyChrm? namespaces in #10367.
After discussions with JM and Josh we've decided XMLAnnotations will be the best way to record classifier algorithms, trained classifier states and predicted results, in the stable dev-4.4 branch.
The namespace table will be used to allow clients to auto-generate a hierarchy of classifiers and results, similar in appearance to the current Insight Attachments tab.
This should also give us the flexibility to handle other outputs generated by analysis-related work, including provenance information showing how an output was obtained, actual results, etc, whilst remaining compatible with 4.4
Additional tickets to be created for implementing this (including Insight, Web) once the classifier XMLAnnotation has been defined.
