MANIFEST.MF in omero-ejb.jar causes warning messages on deployment in JBoss.

Description

The MANIFEST.MF files in the omero-ejb.jar are determined by omero.classpath (from omero-ejb/classpath.xml) but some of that listed jars are removed from the deployment (omero-app.ear). When JBoss can't find them it issues warnings that can unsettle users.

Options:

  • update the manifest.
  • use a different deployment method (lib/utility.jar).
  • lower logging in the server.
