Bug: failed to create dataset after deleting project of same name

Description
I created a project using the name "onename". I deleted the project. I then tried to create a dataset with the name "onename" and got the exception below. Refreshing the tree view cleared the problem. This is on the develop branch (28/03/13), I have not checked if it is also present on dev_4_4.

- Version set to 4.4.9
This bug was still present in an OMERO 5 Insight built on the 5th of November but it is not in today's build. Might this ticket have been fixed as a side-effect of fixing another?
