Modify the session bean so it is possible to import as group owner and admin.

We may want to consider opening such functionality to any member in a RWRW

Jean-Marie: this may be more complicated than we thought. It occurs to me that there's nothing in place at the moment to restrict such a created session to be within a single group. So a group owner (or worse a RWRW member) could create a session, call setSecurityContext on it, and have access to a users' data in another group.
