BUG: Name issue creating Projects

Description
Using howe and special "Import As" build by Scott
Logged in as user-6 read-annotate group
As user-6 tried creating Project called: Test - owner user-6 - user-3 - DT
- failed to appear in data tree
- tried in Group and User views - both affected
Create with a simpler name and then change name to: Test - owner user-6 - user-3 - DT
- worked OK
Created using: Test-owner user-6-user-3-DT
- worked fine
Tried with: test - test
- also failed
The "space dash space" in the name string seems to be causing the problem.
I tested this with the stable release on Warlock and could not reproduce it.
