From Permission testing. Colin reported the following:
If there is a single tag added multiple times by different users then Insight displays them with the count in brackets, e.g [6] Web displays all the tags separately and so you can use hover-over to find out who added them.
In web you can unlink a single tag added by a single user. In Insight you can only unlink all 6 tags (addded by 6 different users) in one go (at least I can't see an easy way to remove just one).
Further, if I unlink one instance of a tag using the webclient and then go back to Insight then Insight does not show that tag at all. I would expect to see it shown but with the count reduced.
