Prior to https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1016
Gatan files (or any OMERO pyramid files) should not have been handled correctly.
Remove special case.

JM - Is this ticket still valid? I'm not sure what "special case" I'm supposed to be removing. Is this an FS only issue? We've already addressed the issue with web and insight having different zoom levels etc.
