Description

The following search generates a bug

some[0] = value
none = {test, test1}

i.e. excluding to term in the same call,
returns a parse exception
I tried various combinations: no errors but the call
does not return the result I expect.

I checked out the latest server code, it seems to work. I will make more tests when I have more data imported
