Description

To introduce independent logging for imports (#9827) the remain code in the Importer/Insight? stack should be converted to logback to simplify dependencies. This covers, but is not limited to, the first six items in the central bullet point list at: ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/1006#issuecomment-16226003
