Description
The owner of the imported data should only be displayed if it is not the user currently logged in.

This a 4.4 only. After all the refactoring that happened on develop, it is probably not necessary spending time fixing the issue unless anybody thinks otherwise.
Note that I am not planning to back port the import work done on develop.
