Allow blank omero.search.cron setting for disabling indexing

Description

Currently it is only possible to set indexing to a very long period, not to turn it off.

#1059 Moved the indexer out to a separate process. All other blitz server's ignore the omero.search.cron parameter (the trigger using that property is only in indexer.xml). Closing for now.
