Description

In Insight, the tooltip is missing. Putting this minor issue as major, because of the upcoming demos, and our effort to promote this new functionality.

The link in the tool bar is a top link button to bring the menu to show the File paths
Other item will be added e.g. entry to create a url. (similar to web)
The tool tip is display for the Show File Paths entry.
Marking this ticket invalid.
