Bug: "Orphaned" Datasets in another's Project

Description
In Insight as user-6 read-annotate-1, I can see Datasets that appear as orphans in the tree when showing only 'my' data and this Dataset is actually within a Project that belongs to another user (see screenshot).
In web, this Dataset does not show up (see screenshot)
