Consider automatic feature calculation

Description

We could automatically calculate features at import (#10078) to make it easier for users. Main problems which mean it may not be worth it:

  • How do we decide on default parameters
  • Will searching across images other than subcellular fluorescence images work in practice, given the current feature sets.
