Features are currently calculated through scripts.

However there is a small amount of untested code in the OMERO.searcher repository for managing features though the web plugin (e.g. recalculating features). Is this useful? Should we replace the scripts with a web-app page?

If not, the searcher scripts need a cleanup (e.g. rename them to something clearer and less redundant).
