- Login to http://howe.openmicroscopy.org.uk/webclient/ as user-1 (user who imported)
- Click on orphaned images
- Click on ...dist/sdt/DCIS-01 at 890 nm.sdt
- Try to open thumbnail or acquisition metadata
- Eventually a 500 internal server error will be raised

I see the placeholder thumbnail for the first image (biosamplefullframetif.tif 58845) and the metadata panel doesn't load for the DCIS-01 at 890 nm.sdt image (because there are too many channels - times out), but the thumbnail seems OK for this image.

Ah, that explains the issue. The isGraphCritical error is likely just something that's being logged at too high a level. Sorry for the noise.
