Travis builds are failing due to a missing genshi build dependency.

Roger pointed out that the travis commit went in ​https://github.com/rleigh-dundee/bioformats/commit/be7ac9a95aacdbe3d26b98c2bc258a2e13a6f3d5

but even a more recent build:

​https://travis-ci.org/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/builds/6559681 is still failing

Perhaps something in the travis environment needs to be set?
