Bug: Silent fail of export when file exists

Description
Repported by @rleigh during 4.4.7 pre-release round
Workflow:
- login to howe
- import .png image
- export it as .png (Save as > PNG)
- a file will be created on your local hierarchy
- export the same image again
- choose the same destination folder (the file exported in first round is still in it)
- press Save
- no new file is created additionally to the original file (-> you did 2 exports of the same thing, ending up with just one file)

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
In case you expported as png in the first round, and then want to follow up with an export of jpg in the second round, you cannot save the jpg into the same folder as the png, because in fact both files are .zip format with the same name (you cannot choose the name either) -> you are not able to perform the action, unless you choose another folder.
