Base MIF test

Description
A first testing requirement is to describe the delete and chgrp setup that we are trying to deal with. This test should pass before #10776 is implemented, should fail once #10776 is done, and then will need to be fixed to succeed.
Steps
- Create a fake file: touch test&series2.fake
- Import that file.
- Create 2 datasets.
- Put one of the two MIF files into one dataset, and the other into the other dataset.
- Attempt to chgrp/delete one of the datasets.
