Performance numbers for FS lite

Description
Once a standard list of test images has been identified by Jason (ones that can be made public), performance numbers and comparisons will need to be generated across the test set. (Likely a job should be set up to do this so that further commits can re-run the tests)

That should give us performance information for anything we choose to put in /ome/data_repo/from_skyking/test_fs/, including a summary report of the min/max/avg time per tile and setId for each fileset.

Not sure what the remaining tasks are here - we have full test coverage of public datasets now. I'd be OK with closing this unless anyone can think of something specific that is missing.

My only thought is to wonder if it's worth somehow benchmarking data getting in to and out of IDR as part of reporting on it.

Nothing that I know of, I thought this data collection was aimed at the FS paper which was published last year.
Passing to Melissa who has an idea of what changes to make to the existing job setup.
