Description

Replace the red X on the QA submission window with something else - users continually clicking on it to close the window.

Seen repeatedly on site visits and at CLS.

Jean-Marie - how about an exclamation mark type alert - e.g. the one attached (it is a public domain icon and I have PNG of it as well)
