We know that 1.47o/1.47p cause 'ant test' in components/loci-plugins to fail; at some point we should review and allow later working versions.

1.47q released mentioning the Bio-Formats fix. http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/notes.html :
1.47q 6 May 2013 ... Fixed a v1.47o regression that caused Bio-Formats to throw an exception when opening virtual stacks.
