Write documentation about checksums and legal file paths

Description

I have a fairly close view of the 5.x changes for checksums and legal file paths. I should thus open an ome-documentation PR against develop providing information on those.

Where should such documentation go? I could explain the etc/omero.properties config settings,

  1. omero.fslite.path
  2. omero.fslite.path_rules
  3. omero.checksum.default

but sysadmins/server-advanced-configuration describes "options which you are most likely to want to modify" which frankly these probably aren't; I'm not sure I want to clutter that page with stuff few will need to study.

A new OMERO.fs lite server configuration page? Or a server configuration page within a new OMERO.fs section in the developer documentation? Either way, I'd be inclined to start a fresh page rather than cluttering an existing one if this isn't covered in the 4.4 docs.

True; might also be easiest if divergence between dev_4_4 and develop documentation is kept more to new files than differences in existing ones. Thanks.

There will need to be changes to existing files for some things but for bits where we are introducing new topics, I'd prefer to have new pages rather than burying content in pages people may already be familiar with.
