Allow users to force an import abort (immediate cancel option)

Description
When a user cancels an import, they are currently forced to wait for the current file to finish importing before they regain control of the UI. There should be the option to execute a forced quit on an import, which would leave partially imported files on the server, but allow the user to recover from freezes or other problems during import.
