MIF selection delete and chgrp

Description
Reject a MIF from delete/chgrp action if not all images composing the MIF aren't selected.
This will only work if images are selected
if a dataset is selected and an image composing the MIF is not linked to the dataset, the delete/chgrp will go ahead.
