Capture file io errors nicely

Description

Currently, if the importer encounters a problem with file IO (which is common for zeus files that are on tape backup), the importer exceptions out. Fix this!

Fixed. Now the user is presented with an error dialog explaining the problem and it should let them continue importing the rest of their files after they click OK
