Description
See http://lists.openmicroscopy.org.uk/pipermail/ome-users/2013-May/003716.html and the files in data/ariol/andreas/.
It has been pointed out on the mailing list that the .cat files are an XML header and TIFF file concatenated together.

Note that the ariol/andreas data is a different format from the ariol/karen data, so covering both will likely require two readers. The ariol/karen data should be fairly straightforward to support, as pixel data is stored in separate JPEG files and the metadata is in a fairly readable XML file. The ariol/andreas data is going to be a little trickier; as noted above, it is XML concatenated with TIFF, but keep in mind that multiple TIFF files have been concatenated, so take care to check that the whole file is read.
