Rename staging FS docs URL

Description
Prior to 5.0.0 release, the staging location for the FS documentation should be renamed as
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero5-staging
instead of
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4-develop
This certainly raises the question of what to do for the Bio-Formats documentation but this is outside the scope of this task.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
The BF docs aren't version-numbered at the moment and IFAIK will not need to be because there will not be 2 versions of BF released at the same time, we will just move to releasing what is currently the develop branch at some point. Or am I wrong in that assumption @mlinkert ?
