Bug: Log file link

Reported by: jburel Owned by: cblackburn
Priority: blocker Milestone: 5.0.0-beta1
Component: General Version: n.a.
Keywords: n.a. Cc: fs@…, ux@…,
Resources: n.a. Referenced By: n.a.
References: n.a. Remaining Time: n.a.
Sprint: FS demo 4.2

Description

Currently a file annotation corresponding to the log file is created and link to the fileset.
The problem is:

  • the annotation is created, correctly linked, correct name space is set.
  • the file corresponding to the log file is not linked to the file annotation.

The logic put in place for demo 3 does not work due to that broken link.

This is a little confusing. In PR1062 Petr tested this and found that the link is there - though in this case he was navigating from the Image via the Fileset. In a local Insight Blazej was able to access the log file. However, on gretzky there was a problem but presumably this isn't the database logic? I'll review this work but I would also welcome someone else casting an eye over the logic in !ManagedImportRequest.java

This is with a local build not including the PR so that will explain. I missed the PR. So that could be the issue.
