Remove deleted images from OMERO.searcher ContentDB

When as image is deleted from OMERO its feature remain in the OMERO.searcher content databases. Non-existent images are ignored at runtime, but we should have a way of removing old images from the DB. Images are removed after shortlisting, so if you request the 100 best matches you may receive fewer than 100 if some were deleted.
Since we probably won't be adding a hook/trigger directly into the delete command this would probably have to be a script, run manually or via a cron job.
