Added initial content on https://github.com/hflynn/ome-documentation/commit/ae928dee257484cdef049f21b13e1110e6b5278e just need a decision regarding what we want to say about when the Demo server is likely to be moved to OMERO 5 (added to discussion list for tomorrow's meeting) and then I'll update that section and open a PR.
