Update Dropbox doc

Description
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4-develop/sysadmins/server-fs.html needs to be updated to make clear distinction between OMERO.fs, OMERO.dropbox and OMERO.fs-lite. Probably only the introductory blurb and Prerequisites will need updating.
