Decide on 0-based or 1-based indexing in OMERO.searcher UI

Description

The general convention in OMERO.web seems to be to use 1-based indexing for Z, T, C, etc. The OMERO.searcher web UI mostly displays 0-based indexing. The feature calculation script is currently being updated... so could use either.
