Similar comment as https://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/11015#comment:9, the Python library imports a file with a companion - see https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/blob/v5.2.1/components/tools/OmeroPy/test/integration/fstest/test_rename.py#L101. Is the idea to check the companion file is part of the fileset?

It might be worth adding an explicit test to https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/blob/v5.2.1/components/tools/OmeroPy/test/integration/clitest/test_import.py
