RFE: Give MIF feedback on CLI

Description
When attempting to chgrp or delete from CLI, and the action is not allowed (actions splitting a MIF are not allowed).
The present state is that you get a message saying
You cannot move part of fileset 1252; only complete filesets can be moved to another group.
It would be probably nicer to have more information given to the user. The information would describe where the other parts of the fileset are, or at least what image IDs they consist of.
