Description
When we introduce the group view, we use a "red dot" to indicate data not owned.
This is misleading since we also use the "red dot" for private group. This is coming from scientists using heavily the group view.
Remove the red dot until we find a better to indicate ownership via icon if need be.
A solution will be to follow the approach taken for import and tag, use the tooltip.
Assigning to Will first
This will have to be fixed in dev_4_4 too.

Honestly I like the lock we use on the tagging. Why just not use the same indicator on the hierarchy

The lock icon was even more confusing, also "locking" has a different meaning.
